We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
answering phones responding to customer inquiries scheduling pool openings/closings, service and maintenance calls typing proposals collecting customer payments supporting field technicians performing other various administrative tasks as needed.
This is a full-time position and the hours are Monday through Friday 7:
30am-4:
30pm with occasional Saturdays required during the busy season.
Applicants must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Service industry experience is a plus but not required.
Salary will depend on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
